This two bedroom village house is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Just a couple of minutes walk to the Gartempe River where there is an excellent restaurant and the local shops at Lathus are only 4km away. Montmorillon with more cafes, shops and restaurants is an easy 15 minute drive.

The open plan living/dining room has oak beamed ceilings and tiled floors and the comfortable sitting area centres around a traditional open fireplace. Internet access, French TV and DVD player available for guests' use. The adjacent kitchen has been recently refitted and has an electric cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a washing machine in one of the outbuildings. Above ground pool available for guests’ private use.

Upstairs the double bedroom has wonderful views out over the open countryside and there is a large twin bedroom with a an additional double sofa bed. The bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC is also on this floor. Travel cot and highchair seat available. All linen and towels are provided.

The large enclosed garden at the rear has fruit trees and vines and there is a covered terrace with built-in BBQ for outdoor dining. A full set of garden furniture and games are provided.
